THERE IS A REASON

Ecclesiastes says,
To every thing there is a season,
and a time to every purpose under
the heaven:
In every event,
in every relationship,
in every situation
there is a meaning,
a lesson,
a gift,
which is there to teach us

When we fail to look
when we fail to question
and ask what is the meaning
we miss out on the opportunity
to learn,
to grow,
to evolve,
or to understand
the gift we are
experiencing

Even in this moment
in this poem,
there is a reason,
a lesson
the universe is trying
to teach you.
