LEARNING FROM DEATH

There is not a day that goes by
that something in our lives does not die.
Sometimes it is people,
or our furbabies,
a situation,
a relationship,
or a belief.
We may like to believe
that life and death are separate,
but they are like partners
in a a dance.
Death touches our lives
sometimes it cuts us
like a knife.
Other times there is
a complexity of feelings
like a bottle of wine.
Sometimes, we are grateful to let go,
but at the same time,
we feel the pain
which comes with the death.
In all of it we know,
that what it was existed,
for a season,
a purpose,
and taught us
what we needed to learn
before it left us.
In the midst of it all,
it taught us about
the mysteries of life,
love,
learning,
and death.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Sharon Lindholm is with Sharon Jacobson.
Pampered Chef Party Day 9 (another offer)!
Sharon, the Pampered Chef consultant, keeps telling me that NOW is the best time to consider becoming a Pampered Chef consultant because you have a chance to earn free samples of the fall products (approximately $1200 in free product) in May and June!
Thinking about becoming a consultant? Here is another reason Sharon gave me (she has more that she can share with you, of course 😉)....

#NationalEatWhatYouWantDay -- if you could eat anything you wanted today -- what would it be? Since I am the only one who eats seafood in my family, i rarely make it. I would eat a seafood feast LOL
My newest poem -
INSPIRITUAL.BIZ
I have always been told that I cannot see or understand the way the Divine does. My vision is not God’s and God’s understandings are not mine. So don’t try to think or see like the Ultimate because that is not you. Before I try to think or see like the Ultimate, I need to learn to

Sharon Jacobson shared a memory.
every moment of every day is an opportunity to dance with yourself -- sometimes it is a waltz, sometimes a salsa, sometimes it is tap, sometimes ballet, sometimes it just is -- whatever dance you are feeling or hearing, grab yourself and experience the dance of life
